The North Afghanistan – Unity & Progress movement proudly announces its official registration and recognition with the European Commission, NATO, and the United Nations as a political and social movement advocating for peace, democracy, and development in Afghanistan.
This movement represents the collective voice of the northern Afghan people — a voice committed to unity, stability, and progress for all Afghans regardless of ethnicity, language, or political affiliation.
In the face of ongoing challenges, North Afghanistan – Unity & Progress calls for:
The establishment of an inclusive and democratic system that ensures equal rights for all citizens.
The protection of human rights, women’s rights, and the rule of law under international standards.

Welcome to North Afghanistan Unity & Progress (NAUP) — an independent political, research, and community movement dedicated to the stability, freedom, and prosperity of the northern provinces of Afghanistan.
NAUP stands for unity, transparency, and development. Our mission is to strengthen the voice of the northern Afghan people through peaceful political engagement, regional cooperation, and international partnership.

To promote democratic values, empower communities, and ensure progress through education, development, and political awareness. NAUP works closely with international organizations, civil society, and Afghan communities abroad to build lasting peace and sustainable growth.

یک نهاد سیاسی، پژوهشی و اجتماعی است که با هدف ایجاد ثبات، توسعه و اتحاد واقعی میان مردم شمال افغانستان فعالیت میکند.
ما باور داریم که آیندهٔ افغانستان از شمال آغاز میشود — از سرزمینی که ریشه در تمدن، فرهنگ و مقاومت دارد. مردم شمال در طول تاریخ همواره مدافع آزادی، عدالت و پیشرفت بودهاند، و اکنون زمان آن رسیده است که صدای آنان در سطح ملی و جهانی شنیده شود.
دیدگاه
ایجاد شمالی آزاد، باثبات و پیشرفته که در آن عدالت اجتماعی، توسعهٔ اقتصادی، برابری و آزادیهای مدنی برای همهٔ شهروندان تضمین گردد.
ماموریت
تقویت وحدت سیاسی و اجتماعی میان مردم ولایات شمال.
حمایت از روندهای دموکراتیک، شفافیت و پاسخگویی در ادارههای محلی و ملی.
فراهمسازی زمینههای رشد اقتصادی، آموزش و اشتغال برای جوانان و زنان.
مبارزه با افراطگرایی، فساد و نفوذ بیگانگان در شمال افغانستان.
همکاری نزدیک با جامعهٔ جهانی برای بازسازی ساختارهای سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی.
ارزشهای بنیادین
وحدت: ما به همبستگی تمام اقوام و ولایتهای شمال باور داریم.
پیشرفت: توسعهٔ پایدار در عرصههای آموزش، اقتصاد و زیربنا هدف اصلی ماست.
عدالت: هیچ جامعهای بدون عدالت و برابری پایدار نمیماند.
استقلال فکری و سیاسی: شمال افغانستان باید با اتکا بر توان و ارادهٔ مردم خود تصمیم بگیرد.
پروژهها و برنامهها
پژوهش و تحلیل امنیتی: بررسی تهدیدهای امنیتی از سوی گروههای افراطی مانند داعش، القاعده و شبکههای تروریستی در شمال.
آگاهی سیاسی و مدنی: برگزاری کارگاهها و برنامههای آموزشی برای نسل جوان و فعالان جامعه مدنی.
پروژههای توسعهای: حمایت از برنامههای کوچک اقتصادی، بهویژه برای زنان و خانوادههای بیسرپرست.
رابطه با مهاجران افغان: ایجاد شبکهٔ ارتباطی میان افغانهای مقیم اروپا و آمریکا با مردم داخل کشور برای تبادل تجربه و سرمایهگذاری.
دیپلماسی و همکاری بینالمللی: برقراری ارتباط با سازمانهای اروپایی، ناتو و ملل متحد برای همکاریهای امنیتی و توسعهای.
